Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of experience with SQL Server or MySQL; PHP; C#; ASP.NET 2.0/3.5 and JavaScript Frameworks; and object-oriented programming. Ability to create XHTML/CSS-based templates and a basic understanding of graphic design and interface design/usability principles is required. Candidate must have good communication skills, a desire to learn new technologies and be able to work both independently and as a part of a team. Experience with motion graphics; Flash Remoting; Wordpress and Drupal theme development; and knowledge of web-design practices for SEO a plus.
