Who is Rob Shaw?

I'm an Indianapolis native originally from the south side, near Greenwood. I went to a catholic K-8 school called St. Mark and then to Perry Meridian High School. That's where I really started getting an interest in digital arts. I took every art class I could, and even made up a couple that didn't exist. We had a copy of 3d Studio Max and I had an opportunity to get into the 3D world. Don't tell anybody... but I was on the robotics team for a 3D animation to introduce our robot in a competition at Disney World. Seriously, though.... don't tell anyone about that... I don't want that getting around. I was an art major down at IU Bloomington for 2 years before switching to the New Media program at IUPUI where I graduated with a focus on 3D and Flash development. I landed a sweet job at MediaSauce to eventually become a Flash Developer where I am to this day. ... well that was really interesting....

    My friend in grade school threw a gravel rock at me from across a huge construction site and blasted me right in the eye. I ran home crying and have since had a huge fear of large piles of gravel rock.
